A person who cannot read can easily be misled or deceived by the unscrupulous motives of others.
There exist a workable method of teaching people HOW to study and how to learn. A person can learn anything they want to learn.
Sadly, educational systems today have become complex and burdensome to the point of simply worrying about getting a student through the process without noticing that students are graduating from high school who cannot read above a 2nd or 3rd grade level, if at all.
